Pioneer status -- fund-raisers who have brought in more than $100,000 -- is based on records released by Bush for President, Inc. The figures for money given to George W. Bush are based on individual contributions to Bush's House campaign from 1977 to 1978, individual contributions to Bush's gubernatorial campaign from 1993 to 1998, individual contributions toward the 1995 renovation of the governor's office, individual sponsors of the 1995 and 1996 Bush inaugurals and individual contributions to Bush's presidential campaign through Dec. 31, 1999.
